Less Time,
Max Results

Research tells us that "lack of time" is the #1 barrier to working out. Whether you've got 4 minutes to burn or 30, Max gives you the cardio benefits of a much longer workout in less time.

Max Muscle Activation

Max's unique motion can provide greater activation of the upper body muscles than an elliptical.‡

Compact Design

At a fraction of the size of most ellipticals and treadmills, the Bowflex Max Trainer is the epitome of form meeting function. The Max Trainer's small footprint means you can get a gym quality workout in nearly any room of your home.

Max Motivation

MAX's unique BURN RATE display puts you in control, showing you how many calories you're burning every minute and setting activity level targets throughout your workout. It's an incredibly motivating tool that pushes you to challenge yourself in every workout.

Solid Choice minus Max Trainer Cost

The M6 seems well built. It is small (in comparison to similar equipment) and fits in my studio just fine (not following space suggestions - see picture...I work out right where it is). Moving it out of the way is easy. I have only done the free Max Trainer 14/21 minute interval programs. They have...

I am working out 3 times a week on this machine, and building my endurance. It's been a long time since I have worked out on an elliptical. I am now doing interval training and it feels good. I am not sure about the JRNY app. I'm not crazy about it but good thing it is a trial basis. I enjoy watching my own thing on TV or listening to my own playlists. The scenic routes are not doing anything for me and find myself staring at the clock. Not good.

Q

I am enjoying my m6. Question, is there a difference between using the bottom part of the handles and the top part, meaning by having my hands on the top, do I get a different workout, or does it not matter? I find holding the top parts to be difficult and awkward whereas the bottoms are much easier. thanks, Jordan
