Does a good job letting me do Preacher curls on my Bowflex Extreme SE. It's solid and well built, just like the main exercise machine. It's a little awkward to store in the room when not in the machine (it has to removed to do many exercises or leg workout). Would've been better for the price if ...

The biggest problem is that there is not a quick way to switch from exercise to exercise while using this attachment. I added this to my xtreme 2 se set up because I wanted more isolation for my curls. When you think about it, Bowflex engineers are really amazing at their design. The preacher curl set up ios really well built and thought into how it incorporate in to the xtreme 2 se set up. Only negative I would give it is the connecter part that attaches to the seat is just slightly too small in circumference. So the whole unit wobbles a bit as your doing curls. I'm not sure what other units this is designed to work with. Maybe the engineers had to compromise on diameter of the attachment point in order to work with their other home gyms. Dunno. But, excellent product and would recommend as a perfect add on to the xtreme 2 se.
