Very sturdy and well built treadmill

This is the first time I've ever purchased a treadmill. My experience thus far: Pros/General Info: - Well-built. This thing is a beast. The shipping company listed the entire package at 397lbs. I think it's a little over 300lbs. assembled and it feels it. - Relatively quiet. Comparing this t...o treadmills I've used at gyms and hotels, it felt comparable in terms of noise. - the 22"-60" running track is really good. Long and wide enough (I'm 6'2, 228lbs.). - The console is very easy to use and read. - Other reviews mentioned the fan being too limited. I guess it depends on your height and where you tend to walk or run on the belt. I tend to run towards the front so I find that the fan is giving me enough air. If I was further back on the belt, maybe that would be a problem. - The step-up height is 8" (so the surface of the belt is 8" off the ground). For whatever reason, Bowflex doesn't provide that information but since I have the treadmill in my basement, I had to do some searching around in order to find that info and I confirmed it once it was delivered and assembled. Cons: - It's both good and bad that it's so heavy. Can it be moved once assembled? Yes. Will you want to move it? Absolutely not. Tilting it onto the wheels and moving it is challenging. In my case, it's not a big concern because I don't plan on moving it. But someone who needs to move their machine to use it may find this really difficult. - I learned quickly that your current workout gets wiped out if the security key pops out. Other reviewers have mentioned this as well. It's just strange that it would do that and not give you the option of picking up where you left off. - The free mat it came with basically ripped as soon as I rolled the treadmill onto it. I have another mat that I use for my rower and it's substantially better than the Bowflex one. But that's the mat and not the machine. Just get a decent mat if you plan on putting the machine on top of one.
