If you get the barbells you need this stand to reduce/eliminate back issues. The convenience of the multi-weight barbell system is enhanced by the stand. They should always be sold together.

I have been using the Bowflex dumbbells for many years. Now I can expand my routines with the barbell - deadlifts, presses, bent over rows, squats, curls and much more. The weight dial works great and easily facilitates changes. This is a great piece of equipment and in comes with two bars, straight and curl, both of which can be weighted. So many options! Highly recommend.
