Love the Bowflex,but ,handles need work.

I've had it since year 2000. Try to work it 3 times a week. It really helps me to stay in shape, without the free weight spotter and hazards. The only problem I've had is the plastic inserts in the handles can't handle max weight on a regular basis. The ends of the plastic start to chip out like teeth, and then the plastic starts to cut into the straps.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

whats the length of these? Can the handles be rotated to do hammer curls with? also is the grip under the foam made of metal or all plastic? an is the grip material made of foam or rubber, or something else?
