I ordered this crank puller to remove the crank handle so I can tighten the pulley wheel behind the crank but it is too big and will not tread on for my Bowflex M7. Is there a small size? And what are the sizes? Is this one 25mm?

I received crank puller and my13 recumbent speed sensor. I see part needing replacement. To gain access should I continue to dissemble bike frame by removing bolt front lower front where plug end goes in. Then proceed? When does crank puller need to be used. Please help I am working on Schwinn 270
